The cooking class today was amazing! Our teacher, Mem, was a lively young lady from Chiang Rai - constantly giggling and making jokes. We made so many delicious dishes, all of which were very easy and I can't wait to replicate back in the states. On the menu for the dinner party: fried spring rolls, pad thai, massaman curry, coconut milk soup, chicken cashew nut stir-fry, and fried bananas for desert. Now I'm in a food coma and will need a rest before checking out the night bazaar tonight and the Sunday walking market tomorrow.
